Purchasing Products
All prices and items listed on this Site are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate information on product availability. However, items in your Shopping Cart may sell out before you complete your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To purchase products on this Site, simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and enter your shipping and payment information. If we are unable to process or approve your order due to an error in the order information you provide, we will attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing information submitted with the order. Orders must be placed manually through the Site – we do not currently accept orders by phone, email, fax, postal mail or any method other than through the Site.
All purchases are subject to product availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order or to cancel, modify, or restrict orders for any reason without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including after an order has been submitted or payment has been accepted. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we cancel your order after you have already been billed, then we will promptly issue a refund or credit on the payment method used for the canceled order. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
Shipping & Delivery
We only ship products to addresses located in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. You agree to provide a valid shipping address with each order.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed on our checkout page. Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If you do not receive your shipment within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the situation. If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will promptly issue you a refund or replacement upon return of the damaged item.
Shipment delays can occasionally occur during periods of high order volume. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from this Site, you may return it for a full refund or exchange if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] or call 1-800-123-4567 and provide your order information. We will provide instructions on how to return the item with a prepaid shipping label.
Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and accessories. Custom engineered products are non-returnable. Upon receiving your return, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange as applicable. Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days.
Payments & Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payment information is processed and stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment information will be requested each time you place an order with us. We do not store any payment information on file.
If there are any issues charging your card, we will attempt to contact you to correct any billing issues prior to canceling or modifying your order. Please make sure your billing and contact information is up to date.

Promotions & Coupons
We occasionally offer promotions, discounts and coupon codes that may reduce pricing on certain items or orders. Any promotions or discounts are subject to the specific terms set forth in the offer and may be modified or discontinued by us at any time without notice. Promo codes can only be redeemed at the time you place an order on this Site – we cannot apply discounts after an order is submitted.
You are limited to one promotion code per order, and promo codes cannot be combined with any other discount or special offer unless specifically authorized by us. Any refunds granted for items ordered with a promo code will reflect the actual amount paid at checkout after the promo code was applied. Expired coupons cannot be reactivated.
Contests & Sweepstakes
We may periodically run contests and sweepstakes on this Site that require submitting contact information and/or Registered Data to enter. Each contest or sweepstakes has specific rules and eligibility requirements which will be disclosed when you enter. We recommend reading these rules carefully before entering. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without giving effect to any principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, your use of this Site, or your account with Usaremote will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court, and must follow these Terms and Conditions as a court would.
To the extent permitted by law, you expressly waive any right to bring any action, lawsuit, or proceeding as a class or collective action, private attorney general action, or any other proceeding in which any party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. Any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, private attorney general, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person or entity’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative, private attorney general, or class proceeding.
You agree that any question regarding the enforceability or interpretation of this paragraph will be decided by a court, rather than the arbitrator, and that any decision that an aspect of this paragraph is unenforceable, or that a particular claim or remedy (including injunctive relief) is barred under this paragraph, will be given effect and implemented by the arbitrator to the extent possible within applicable law.
